We can turn any of our wood products into a finished piece for an additional cost. 

If there are dark spots on the slab, its most likely not planed in those areas. We suggest you let the slab acclimate to your region before finished planing, but we can do that here if needed. 

If you see any straight lines running the length of the slab. This is most likely from the router head from flattening the slab.
